Ou sister cats where always getting along but suddenly one will not let the other close to her without hissing and growling what can we do

I don't have enough info to help. How old are they? Has something in their routine changed? Have either of them been to the vet? Obviously, one cat is upset with the other but without more info, it is impossible to attempt to find a reason and to determine what may help.
