bratty cats
by: Raven Lebeau

When I brought home two feral kittens, I put them in a basement bathroom to keep them save from my two older cats. I thought I had my bases covered when I stored away the paper towels and toilet paper in the cabinet... not so! The female kitten could easily open the doors and drawers and then she and her brother would climb inside (I eventually saw here doing the opening). This is how I first discovered my kitten's talents:

I went downstairs to feed my new kitties and was completely distraught to find them "gone". I heard a mew from inside the cabinet and opened the door to find two kittens in a veritable blizzard of shredded toilet paper and paper towels!

To this day there is no keeping that girl out of a drawer. Kitties are just little devils, but we love them anyway.
